It is the online store of the Sirena and Art, which are shopping centres located in Ibiza with more than 50 years of history. With shoppinginibiza.com we wished to expand our geographical scope and offer the same quality as we do in our physical stores.
How can I open a client account on shoppinginibiza.com?
It’s easy. All you need to do is register on our online store with an email address and a password and fill in the form with your details. You may modify your details at any time by accessing the ‘My account’ section.
Who can make purchases on shoppinginibiza.com?
People over 18 years old and who have access to a computer or electronic device with the Internet.
Where does shoppinginibiza.com operate?
Our online store sends and distributes its products exclusively in peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands and the following European countries:
Zone A: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Slovenia, Slovakia France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal and the United Kingdom.
Zone B: Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece*, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania and Sweden (hereinafter, in "Territory" ). It undertakes deliveries and distributes Products exclusively in the Territory.
How can I make a purchase on shoppinginibiza.com?
Making a purchase on our online store is really easy. All you need to do is follow these steps:
Register on our website with an email address and a password
Select the products you wish to buy and add them to your ‘Shopping basket’
Indicate what store you would like to collect your order from or, if you prefer, we can send your order to the address of your choice
Confirm your order and pay using the payment method of your choice: by card, PayPal, or bank transfer
How do I know if my order has been completed correctly?
After having validated your order, shoppinginibiza.com will inform you on the website portal itself that your order has been placed correctly. We will also send you a confirmation email where you will be informed that your order has been received correctly and you will be assigned a reference number for your purchase. You will also be notified by email when you order leaves our warehouses.
Can I save my ‘Shopping basket’ from one visit to another?
If you have already chosen the products you want and you don’t wish to place your order yet, don’t worry! If the product is still available you will find the selected items in your ‘Shopping basket’ during your next visit to our online store.
Where can I collect my order?
We make things easy for you. You can receive your order at the address you enter or collect it in the Sirena or Art shopping centres: you will be able to choose when you place your order.
If you would prefer us to send your order to you directly, it will be delivered within 5 working days to addresses in Spain and Portugal, and 8 working days for the rest of Europe. These time frames exclude weekends and public holidays in the places where the delivery is shipped from or to.
If payment is made via bank transfer, the order will be processed when Shopping in Ibiza receives the payment receipt.
If you choose to collect your online order in a store in the Sirena or Art shopping centres, your order will be available 2 days after you make the order if you choose any store in Ibiza island, and 5 days if yo choose the sotre in Palma. Your will have 10 calendar days to collect your order.
How can I pay for my purchase?
On shoppinginibiza.com you can pay with the following credit or debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, 4B, Euro 6000 and Spanish Maestro.
You can also pay for your order with PayPal, or, if you prefer, via bank transfer. If payment is made via bank transfer remember that your order will not be processed until we have received the payment receipt.
Is payment secure on shoppinginibiza.com?
Security is a priority for Shopping in Ibiza. The Shopping in Ibiza’s payment gateway uses the CaixaBank and PayPal platforms. Your purchase is 100% secure with us.
How can I return my order and how long do I have to do so?
With Shopping in Ibiza you have a return period of 14 calendar days from the moment the product is received during which you may return the product without the need for justification. In purchases made during the month of December, we extended this term to 30 days.
You must return the product to us within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the moment you inform us of your decision to return the product.
Returns are completely free in our Sirena and Art shopping centres. Remember the product must always be accompanied by the purchase invoice that was sent along with the order.
If you cannot return your order in store, enter ‘My account’ on the shoppinginibiza.com page and then the ‘My purchases’ section where you will be able to generate a partial or total return request for your order.

After checking the condition of the product upon its return, the amount will be returned to you via the same method you used to pay for the order. When there is no evidence of a lack of conformity in the product or there is no error with the product attributable to Shopping in Ibiza, the client will be responsible for return costs.
