At Shopping in Ibiza, security is a priority. Our website uses the system developed by payment platforms to make secure payments on the Internet via bank card. The Secure E-Commerce Platform is based on the card issuer (banking entity) identifying the card owner before authorising online payment.

Once the product to be purchased has been selected and the number of your card has been entered, a window from your card issuer will appear and ask you for identification. The details of your card and your password remain protected by this security system from the moment they are entered.

Once identification is complete, the card issuer will inform Shopping in Ibiza that the purchase is being made by the card holder, such that Shopping in Ibiza can complete the process. This window is outside our control, with your card issuer being responsible for any incident that may arise. If you experience any issues in this situation you should contact your card issuer.
